I recently completed the  book "Knockout" written by Suzanne Somers.  I would encourage everyone to either check it out of your local library or purchase a copy and read it for yourself.  It is an eye opening collection of interviews with medical doctors.  It will change your perspective on how you view yourself and your surroundings.
