Hi, thanks for viewing my profile. I am a nice person. I'm a big believer in the chemistry between two people. As much as we analyze what we want in theory, the feeling you get inside when you actually meet is really the deciding factor. Like most of us, I have learned how to enjoy life alone, but there is always a yearning to have someone special to care about and love. I am easy going with little interest drama. I'm into music and hockey, and have been going back to school lately to create some new opportunities. I'm not sure if I will be successful here, but believe it is worth trying.

I lead a pretty active life, working full-time and going to school part-time. I have a strong interest in writing and am primarily taking English classes right now. I have been a musician all my life, and still play in a band on a part-time basis. I also do a lot of home recording, as I enjoy creating original music on my own, mostly instrumental. I play hockey on a regular basis, as it is great year-round exercise and a challenging sport.

What am I really good at? Well, I do building maintenance, mostly heating, air conditioning, and plumbing, so there's that. I enjoy writing, and hope to create an opportunity in that area for the future. I can ice skate pretty well, and play hockey a few nights a week. I have been a defenseman and a winger all my life, but I've also started playing goalie this year for one of my teams because no one else was available. It is a challenge. I have played guitar since I was ten years old, and music has been a big part of my life. I have remained active in music. I play in a 3 piece band and enjoy writing and recording in the home studio. I communicate well, and I am a good listener.

I really couldn't say, because I honestly don't know how others perceive the world. I could write what I would hope for them to notice, or what I notice about them, but that's not really how the question is stated. My perception of myself is that I kind of blend in; perhaps they don't notice me at all.

One of my favorite books was Many Lives, Many Masters by a psychiatrist named Brian Weise. It was an account of how his therapy with one particular patient revealed evidence of past lives. Although initially skeptical of things like past life regression, this book opened up my mind to a different side of the spiritual side of human existence. Reading like this is typical of the kind of books I find interesting. I like various movies, although I'm not particularly entertained by horror movies created just for shock value and gore. There has to be an intriguing plot. A good comedy is always cool. I like plays, and have seen a few at Drury Lane. I like most genres of music with a strong emphasis on blues, rock, and jazz. I really love food of most varieties, especially Asian, Mexican, Italian, or really good sea food or a good steak.

It is amazing what one can do without when there isn't any choice in the matter.
