I have no good idea about what to put about myself in the self summary. Why don't you ask a burning question you may have and we'll go from there?

I'm currently working two jobs and going to school part time in the vague hope that at some point I'll get a meaningful sort of vacation and travel somewhere that isn't where I've lived my whole life, and then hope I feel somehow enriched by the whole experience.

cooking, reading, mathematics, riding a motorcycle, and im an alright shot with a rifle.

people also have recently commented about how i make a good teacher/ adviser about technical and mechanical crap, but then again those are opinions.

i guess im also good at freaking people out at parties with intense conversations about various subjects. conversely, im bad at parties.

actually upon reflection I honestly have no idea what people notice about me, let alone what first pops into their skull.

ive grown a beard now and its hella red. like people be saying "damn that is one red beard" and then they ask me why i dye it and im all like ":I"

so i guess you can say thats the first thing people notice about me

food first - is it edible, and not pork/beef? cool. i'd rather cook for myself than buy food, as well.

movies - The gamut. i like talking over bad movies. in fact i have difficulty shutting up some times.

music - whooooooooooo cares there is way to much to listen to in one life anyway

books - It's mainly non-fiction nowadays, but everything, everything worth the time to read. Favorites - Goethe , Aldous Huxley, Orwell, Vonnegut, Wolfe, Postman, Kant, Mieville, and others. I keep a stack of books with me everywhere.

i wanna have conversations about mishima and murakami, and to a smaller extent, mieville (both of em.)

i'm making this shorter now, it seems dumb to me in retrospect (and beside the obvious air/water/food):
1) coffee, as proper tea is theft
2) glasses, as my vision is terrible
3) family, seeing as they help ensure my continued existence
4) tools, as fixing shit pays well
5) books, as knowing shit pays well enough to feed myself
6) the small degree of complacency i glean from the fact that some days, i don't have to get up

just what in the hell im going to do with a mathematics degree. teach, probably.

i also spend a good deal of time trying to figure out what i should be doing with my free time which usually results in me wasting a portion of it.
