I run my own business. I grew up in the Midwest, went to college in New England, grad school in Southern California and now (I think) I'm settled here in Portland. I was bar mitzvahed (had a tabletop pac-man and defender at my party--I know you're jealous) but was always a staunch atheist. I've never seen Goonies, I've been in Spin, Jane and Artforum magazines, I will just about always stop to say hello to a cat.
At various times in my life, I've worked as a high school sculpture teacher, mechanical/electrical draftsman, warehouse picker/packer, record store divider card hand letterer, ophthalmic photographer, darkroom technician, art gallery guard, caterer, visual merchandiser, language library attendant, video store clerk, auto parts driver, artist's assistant, art handler, and art installer.
