I'm happiest outdoors; I like fresh air and nature, organic
gardening and making living willow structures, bbq's on the beach
in the summer, swimming and kayaking in the sea, camping,
motorcycle trips (I have a full license); walking in the woods -
it's all meditation to me...
Art and music are really important in my life. I'm a hands on person and will happily spend time making things out of clay. In another life I worked in a pottery. I have been playing the saxophone for many years now. Gig often, mainly locally but am reinventing myself so that when people ask how work is, it'll be about music as the day job is about to go!
I have a band where we play Jazz, funk, soul and blues...I am also in a House Band in a Burlesque-style variety show. It's great fun and I get to dress up! Love to play in all sorts of situations, will actively get involved in local street protests for social justice.
I have two grown up sons who I adore. Laugh at the ridiculous and prefer the company of people who don't take themselves too seriously. I like gadgets and technology.
