Hello. Well that's a start.

Usually people say I'm confident, intelligent and funny...but if I say that I sound like a muppet don't I? I am clear on who I am, what makes me happy and what I have to give. Here's some stuff you could receive if you spend time with me:

I'm fit and active (especially martial arts and dance), motivated and really enjoy my work running a training business.

I like intelligent, sane, caring people and I'd love to meet one to have fun with. I'm not looking for a serious relationship up front but open to that as things go on.

I run a training company - stress, team buidling, leadership - people stuff. Mixing the alternative with the mainstream - I specialise in working with the body with big corporates and charities in dangerous places. I'm pretty busy and I travel quite a bit. Good job though, I love what I do and wouldn't change it. Easy to find on Google/Youtube.
