It's sort of difficult to summarize who I am but what the hell I guess I will give it a shot. I grew up in Michigan but ended but living in both Alaska and Maine. When I was divorced I ended up coming back to Michigan.

I enjoy lots of different things but most of all spending time at the barn doing horse related things. I have a 3 year old paint filly who is just started under saddle that is requiring a lot of my time and energy. Hopefully we will be ready to start roping and penning next summer.

I also have 3 dogs, 1 cat and a tank full of fish. If you don't like animals we most likely won't get along. No I am not a PETA type person or a "tree hugger", I just enjoy my pets. The dogs are all rescues, 2 from Alaska, and 1 dog and the cat from the veterinary clinic where I work.

I coach high school equestrian team and that takes up a lot of my time in the fall. Winters are typically spent snowmobiling and team penning. In the spring and summer I like to fish, camp and go hiking.

My friends would probably tell you I am one of the most loyal people you could meet however I don't always tell you what you want to hear. If I am asked for my opinion I give it whether or not you are going to like it. My friends are important to me and there isn't much I wouldn't do for one of them.

I am witty, gregarious, and adventurous

I am currently working with a veterinarian however I was a 911 dispatcher for 5 years and hope to do that again in the near future. I also give riding lessons a couple of days a week and work part time for a local township doing whatever needs to be done. I went to school to be a cop but decided that it wasn't the job for me. Currently I am going back to college for Fisheries and Wildlife Biology. Who knows after that maybe go back to Alaska where I could actually utilize a biology degree. In all honesty I want to sit on a dock somewhere and watch the sea otters play all day and get paid for it!

Anything that involves horses. No, I'm not cocky about it but I have worked damn hard to get good at it. Some people are born a natural at it, I wasn't.

The rest is better left alone.

Eyes and smile

I love to read and will read just about anything once. I love John Grisham and Tom Clancy. My all time favorite books are To Kill a Mocking Bird and Catcher in the Rye.

As far as music goes I like just about everything however The Black Crowes and City and Colour are a couple favorites. There really isn't much I won't listen to, I have a soft spot for classic rock.

I love food, just about anything really however I don't eat seafood or wild game. Yes, I know I lived in the two best places in the world for those things and I don't like them. If it swims or crawls in the ocean I don't eat it! My favorite food is corned beef and potatoes...yes I know I am weird but it has been that way since I was a kid.

That's really it, I lived in a remote fishing village in Alaska where I learned you can live without a lot of things.

How I can get where I want to be in life and how far I have come thus far. I have found that when you think too much about things it makes them much more complicated than they really are. Not that I don't think you shouldn't take time in making life altering decisions but there does come a point where you just have to take a chance and do what you want to do. Trust me on this one...if I didn't live by this I would have never lived in Alaska.

Doing something with my horse, feeding horses, showering and usually going out somewhere for a drink or two. I can usually be persuaded into some type of delinquent behavior.

I am bitter and cynical sometimes after my divorce, and also probably a bit jaded from my previous life as a 911 dispatcher.

As for the good stuff that's why its private, but if you ask I might admit to a thing or two.
