Funny. Sarcastic in a subtle way that most people seem to fnord. Well grounded. Love the outdoors. Wish I lived on a beach. I'm a registered nurse working on a ortho/surgical unit. I used to be a graphic designer until I figured out I needed to work with people and not computers. I'm a lefty and proud of it. I would like to get my masters sometime in the near future. I run with friends a couple times a week and I just did my first marathon (Chicago). I play on a recreational soccer team. Yoga/meditation. I'm a finicky vegetarian. Sometimes I wander the grocery store wondering what the hell I'll actually eat. No problems in restaurants though, especially Indian. I have a lot of south facing windows in my apartment so I got ridiculous with growing plants outside. I live with two cats. I do oil paintings. I'm working on an animated short with another artist.

Started vermicomposting this year as well as indoor gardening using LED grow lights. Working on a few different paintings right now, one of which covers a friends wall. Currently brewing hard cider (mmmm). Thinking about learning how to sew my own scrubs.

I don't watch tv at all, although I will watch certain shows. However, tv has suffered a great loss with the cancellation of arrested development (not a good sign for humanity in general). Love all kinds of movies (new, old, comedy, romance, horror (which just a different type of comedy to me). I can't tolerate musicals though.

I'll listen to any music sans country.

I can't imagine a world without tomatoes, and don't want to.
