It's too tough to pick a favorite book. I love to
read but it can be hard to find the
time. I've been working on some of the greatest novels of all
time... if you're a lit and/or stat geek, ask how I come up with
the "greatest" novels. Half-Price Books may very well be the
greatest bookstores ever. I still dig my
comix and
comics (brownie points if you know the
difference) but haven't followed them as much lately. My favorite
authors include
Douglas Adams,
Sergio Aragones,
Aldous Huxley,
Harvey
Pekar,
Hermann Hesse (no, he's not a
Nazi),
Ray
Bradbury,
George R. R. Martin,
Jack Kerouac,
Robert
Heinlein,
Stephen King,
J.K. Rowling, and
Dr. Seuss.
I have a love/hate relationship with PBS... I love to watch it, and
it hates to come in clear. The Big Bang Theory, Jeopardy!, and
Wipeout! are some of the shows that will keep me from turning on
Netflix. Without having cable, I do have to use the interwebz to
stay up on Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, and Doctor Who. "Trust
me, I'm the Doctor." Yes, I want my own TARDIS.
"Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" and "Stranger than Fiction" are two of
my favorite movies. Star Wars, LotR, and Indiana Jones can all be
watched anytime and never get old. I love to go to the movies,
especially in 3-D. Throw in a Hound Dogs
pizza or some Mexican cuisine and that
makes for a great night.
I like to listen to any GOOD music. I don't care it's genre as long
as it fits my mood... and that's usually rock! I also like blues,
jazz, funk, punk, metal, and classical too depending on what I need
to work on. I finished up the Ken Burn's "Jazz" documentary and
want to make it out for some live shows.
