I am down to earth, ambitious, and a damn good catch.

My Self-Summary

I'm not sure how I feel about this whole online dating this, but I figure that, if anything, it gives me the opportunity to meet some cool people that I otherwise wouldn't meet. This is me embracing online social networking at its finest.

Anyway, I'm 23 and I currently live in Mt. Lebanon - about 10 minutes from the city. I could go on but that's what the rest of this page is for.

What I’m doing with my life

I graduated from Pitt in 2008 with a degree in Computer Science. I work right outside of Pittsburgh as a software developer. I'm pretty happy with my job but I do have bigger and better dreams for what I want to do in life. I plan to go to graduate school sometime soon. I might stay around here or I might be adventurous and go somewhere very far from here…

I’m really good at

I'm great at getting myself into ridiculous situations that you probably never thought happen outside of an episode of Seinfeld. I'd also like to think I'm good at making people laugh. Some people know me for being quiet and smart, others know me for being crazy and out of control. I like being dynamic and I like girls who are the same.

The first things people usually notice about me

I really don't know the answer to this. I would say it's my shockingly good looks or my charming personality. One or the other, maybe both. But really...I don't know. I'm actually kind of curious, so do me a favor. Send me a message to let me know what you noticed about me first. If I notice a pattern in responses, I'll change my answer.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

The Truman Show is probably my favorite movie. I don't know why but it really does it for me. I’ve seen it many times. Other than that, I tend to like most comedies and action movies. I really enjoy the steady flow of adult comedies we've had in the last 6 or so years. Old School started the trend and it's been pretty great ever since…

I don't watch a lot of TV, but there are a few shows I couldn't live without. My favorites: Seinfeld, The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

I'm a huge fan of The Black Keys. Other favorites include: The Beatles, Elliott Smith, The Flaming Lips, Foo Fighters, Grateful Dead, Iron & Wine, Jawbreaker, Kings of Leon, MGMT, Peter Bjorn and John, The Raconteurs, Ray LaMontagne, The Smiths, Weezer, The White Stripes

Finally, there's food. I love all kinds of food, really. Mexican is probably my favorite, but I go in and out of different stages. I've been eating lots of sushi and that sort of thing lately.

The six things I could never do without

Other than the common necessities of life, I need:

1. Steelers and Penguins.
2. An Internet connection.
3. Women (I'm here, right?)
4. A good mattress. I have a new memory-foam bed and I love it.
5. Hot showers
6. Coffee

This list varies greatly and is probably dependent on my current mood.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

what I'm doing tonight, what I'll do tomorrow, and what's going on this weekend. I try to avoid thinking too far into the future, but I can't help but think about what the hell I'll be doing 10 years from now. It's weird to think how seemingly insignificant things can have such a large impact on your life. Right now I am thinking about whether or not I will brew some coffee in the morning or grab it on the way to work. Life is very complicated.

On a typical Friday night I am

probably out with friends for drinks, maybe watching a Pens game, dancing like a pro, sitting by a fire, jumping over a fire, etc.

You should message me if

you're a cool, down to earth girl who would like to get a drink, sit down for a cup of coffee, or just meet up and talk somewhere. I love meeting new people so don't hesitate to send me a message...
