My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an outgoing, friendly, in-shape, clever, open-minded, quick-witted and idealistic guy living in NYC.

I’m grateful to have a group of talented and interesting friends. This crew would describe me as “intense,” and “honest.” I’ve turned this intensity and honesty into humor, having written and performed comedy for many years.

I'm originally from Brooklyn and have spent most of my adult life in NYC. A couple of years ago I ventured out to Silicon Valley to work for Facebook, but the online social network wasn't enough to keep me from coming home to the real life social network I have here. But, as proof of my ability to thrive in all temperatures, I lived as happily there as I have when I lived in LA and London (where I was a radio announcer forced to use a fake American accent even though I'm American).

According to Myers-Briggs I'm an NSFW.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've made job choices based on what was interesting to me rather than money. This led me to becoming a Creative Director at a few ad agencies, and I'm now considered an expert (I just made air quotes) in my field and am able to help others develop their own ideas and talents through teaching and mentoring, which I'm very passionate about.

I'm currently freelancing. This gives me lots of flexibility with time, which I use to take classes about stuff that interests me (like advanced swimming technique and hands-on classes at the MOMA). Freelancing is lucrative and allows me the freedom to only collaborate with people I find inspiring, so I'm lucky in that regard. Now that I've got the time and means to travel, it'd be great to get find someone to get out of town, state, or country with.

I create a lot of odd projects that have been enjoyed around the world. You can see some at I also enjoy bike riding, yoga, seeing concerts, hiking, traveling, and museum-going.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh without being mean, flossing, beatboxing, taking chances, staying curious, making strange voices, seeing many sides to a story, following through, finding good apartments, and knowing what color a Terra Chip is just by feeing it from inside the bag. I also excel at picking out a gym locker that, no matter how empty the gym is, will undoubtedly be right next to someone else who needs to get to their locker the same time I do.
