Working hard at my design and furniture business. I'm teaching yoga part time and stiving to improve my personal practice...taking meditation classes to learn more about myself and I've recently completed a two year degree in counseling. I spend about 15 hours a week helping people with problems or blockages that come up in their lives and stop them from meeting their full potential. Also enjoying my friends and family...

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Breath, Heart Beat, ;) besides that I can live very simply...most everything I can do without...However I do like my Bike, Yoga practice, Golden Gate park, my plants and would miss them if I didn't have them and the feeling of a warm naked body next to mine.

Then I'm often working with a counseling client trying to to get to the root of their problem and then helping them make positive changes in their lives...If not, I'm usually out with friends for a nice diner either as someone's home or a restaurant.
