I'm over 50 but feel like I'm in my 30's. I try and take good care of myself. I'm a yogi who loves my yoga practice it keeps me fit and healthy. Mind body and spirit.

I'm a curious person. I'm always trying to improve and learn something new.

Music is also a big part of my life. I enjoy playing the piano and am currently taking classical guitar lessons.

I've owned my own design and furniture business for a number of years. I enjoy travel for work and pleasure.

Working hard at my design and furniture business. I'm teaching yoga part time and stiving to improve my personal practice...taking meditation classes to learn more about myself and I'm completing a two year program in counseling. I spend 15 hours a week helping people with problems that come up in their lives. Also enjoying my friends and family...

Yoga, painting, drawing, meditation, bicycling, listening to my body. Working with energy, nutrition, cooking, gardening, architecture and interior design....

My eyes and people often tell me I have nice skin. They also often compliment me on my hair color. Most of my friends say I laugh more than anyone they know...

Books:
Anything that gets me to think. I like historical novels, well
written history books that are not boring...spiritual books
from time to time...Si fi and adventure.

Movies:
Lord of the Rings, Star wars, any Sci fi, adventure like Avatar,
Historic adventure...comedy...vampire movies...that are dark and
brooding...with Kate B...Comedy, love movies of all kinds.

TV:
History, Nature shows, Learning channels, Ab Fab, True Blood,
Game of Thrones, I don't watch too much TV..

Shows:
Don't really go that often. However I do enjoy them when I
go.

Music:
All over the map...B-52's, Elctronic stuff, Most anything that Jose
Pedilla mixes, Country, Folk, Some classical, modern jazz

Food:
Enjoy all kinds of food as long as it's fresh and I prefer organic
if available. I prefer simple food but don't mind being adventurous
about trying new things. I don't like fast food. Love a nice meal
cooked at home or out in a nice restaurant.

Breath, Heart Beat, ;) besides that I can live very simply...most everything I can do without...However I do like my Bike, Yoga practice, Golden Gate park, my plants and would miss them if I didn't have them.

Keeping my thoughts in the present moment. Meditation helps focus my thougths. Other than that I feel really calm and think mostly about work, my friends...sex :)

Always starts with a awesome Rocket III yoga class at Asta yoga with my yogi friends.. Then I'm often working with a counseling client trying to to get to the root of their problem and then helping them make positive changes in their lives...If not, I'm usually out with friends for a nice diner either as someone's home or a restaurant.
