I'm at a point in life where I have some free time. Work 8 on / 6 off. I enjoy doing most anything. I have reached a point where I have a career I enjoy and it gives me a lot of flexibility regarding my time off. Work to live, not live to work. Have done both and this is much more fun. Don't covet others things. Waste of time. Creature comforts don't have to be gold plated. Just clean and durable. Have experienced things in life that others only see on TV. Thank goodness I didn't get caught. Oh my. (no children, animals or capital crimes were involved)
I'd love to find someone who would enjoy traveling in a less than orthodox manner occasionally. Camping, hostels, RV, sailboat, home exchange, Couchsurfing, etc. The sights are great to see....the people you meet are better! I'd rather spend 3 weeks on someones hide-a-bed or floor learning about them in thier culture, than 1 week in a hotel hearing canned versions from a tour guide.
Yes, I enjoy romantic getaways / stay-cations at the W as well.

Taking it a day at a time. I have a plan, but do find going down the side roads extremely stimulating.

All kinds of things. Mechanically inclined, good at multitasking, can pack a trunk (no, it doesn't mean that...but it could), can go away for a week with a carry on only, practicle jokes, kissing, scrabble, cooking, flying the car (ask me), woodworking, innuendo, continuing cultivation of twisted funny bone, learning new skills, currently taking dancing lessons and having a blast!
