My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I still laugh at words like "ball bearing" or "tea bag."
I have a hard time taking things seriously.
I don't think that's a bad thing.

I've been told I'm easy to talk to.

I do construction work in a miniskirt.

I am severely empathetic. I've got a big heart and wish I could take care of the world.

I like radicals, generosity, inappropriate jokes, George Carlin, the romanticism of alcoholism, the Oxford comma, and outer space.

I dislike abbreviated words, cops, propaganda, small talk, christianity, conservatives, shopping, reality tv, materialism, patriotism, racism, sexism, and a lot of other isms.

*** I'm not looking for a drinking buddy. I've spent enough of my life in bars already. I'm looking for friends who like to do just about anything else. Honestly, I don't really like being drunk at all, but I am a bit shy at first and the social lubricant can come in handy at times. I am always down for a pool game or a show, though, and I'm not opposed to being sober in a bar occasionally. I'm also down for doggie play dates. My pup, Elvis, doesn't have any dog buddies, so dog friendly activities are always welcome. I spend most of my time working in my garden or hanging out at home. I seem to have sadly drifted away from many of my friends, who still spend the majority of their time drinking into the morning. Sometimes I had a blast while living that life, but more often than not it's just a waste. I'm looking for something different. It can be exciting or relaxing or meaningful or just silly. I'm really open to just about anything as long as it makes me smile.
