Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, I’m Nolan!
I’m into reading, movies (good ones, or ones so bad they’re
laughable), and games. Board games or video games, though board
games are growing on me since I get to spend more time with my
friends in person.
In social settings I can either be really quiet or talking
constantly - I'm comfortable with either.
I've lived with animals my whole life, and I'm really not sure I
could see myself living without a pet. Right now, I have a cat and
a bearded dragon, and they're pretty great.
I’m mostly a night owl, mornings can be hard.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I program computers, and I like that the work is varied and keeps
me on my toes. Mostly I work from home, though I travel to San
I've put a lot of work into my career up until this point of my
life, and I'd like to focus more on relationships (friends, family,
and romantic) now, since I'm in a good place. Plus, it's nice to
get out of the house when you work from home.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh. Well, I try, anyway.
My job, or so I've been told.
Getting my ass kicked in Risk. Seriously, I suck at those dice.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My beard I guess, and I hope my sense of humor.

B) Again, really huge list. Zombieland

I really like Children of Men
, The Good Sheperd

stand up (Glorious is my favorite, though), the latest
Star Trek, Watchmen (book was better, but it was a good
B1 - I love British TV show like The Mighty Boosh
and older things such as A Bit of Fry and Laurie.
And I just got into modern Doctor Who. Favorite show right now,
though, has to be Better Off Ted
. The Daily Show
and The Colbert
are also in the lineup, though I often miss them. I've
been enamored with Parks and Recreation
, Sons of Anarchy
, The Boondocks
, The Wire
, House of Cards
C) Try me, I'll listen to pretty much anything. Really. A preview:
, Florence + The
, Quiet Company
, Modern Science Here Come the
, The Decemberists
, The Black Keys
. A lot of time I'll
just have thesixtyone.com on in the background and listen to
whatever comes on.
D) Love all kinds. Been on a huge sushi kick lately.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Challenges. Gotta have them to grow.
Comedy - better to laugh than to cry.
Something to read. Book, internet, magazine, whatever.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Work, where I want to vacation.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It depends. I'm fine with staying in, going to a movie or play, or
possibly out with friends. Maybe board gaming.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Never tell Ren Fair people you don't like Shakespeare.
Just...don't. They do not take kindly.
