I suppose the best summary I could give is that I am a loving passionate slightly mischievous woman who has been through enough to know what i Dont want and have a pretty good idea what i do. My children are important to me If you dont like kids you probably will not like me (kinda a package deal) I love dancing in the rain, singing, reading good books, watching movies, traveling, and music. I am eclectic in my music taste, I love everything from classical to punk rock and everything in-between. If you could look at my music collection it is full of a strange combination of natalie merchant, louis armstrong, ottis redding, jet west, pink, sublime, black flag, pennywise, greenday, janis joplin, and many many more (i don't like rap and though i like country am rather burned out on it at the moment) I go to school online (criminal justice) and plan to go for a bachelors degree after my associates. I am not where i want to be in life at this moment, but as the saying goes if you don't like where you are don't stop. I believe success is measured more in what we strive for, how hard we work for what we want, how persistently we seek our dreams and how strong we are in our convictions. Relationship wise honestly I am still in the process of divorcing though we are completely and legally separated (if it was as complicated and lengthy a process to get married as it is to divorce there would be fewer divorces lol) Mostly I would like to find someone that can be a friend and a lover. I'm not looking for marriage or someone to take care of me. ( I don't plan on re-marrying any time soon if ever), I do want someone to hold me on the lonely nights, laugh with me when things are good(and sometimes when they aren't), watch a movie, have a cup of coffee, and go out some nights to have fun. I really am not interested in soldiers( no offense been there done that wasn't fun) or rednecks(dead animals on walls upset me) I am interested in people who are unique, motivated, fun, caring, honest and intelligent.

Going to college, raising my children, experiencing as much as I can before i leave this planet, and enjoying the company of those i meet along the way. My goals with my education are first and foremost to provide a good life for my boys, aside from that I have always been interested in criminal justice and see myself in a career that i can be of the most benefit to someone else. At the moment the two choices I am struggling to decide between are an attorney(ill need to get the core classes out of the way before i can do that at any rate so i know i have time to choose) or Probation or parole officer. If you knew me you might think these are odd choices considering the life i lived before having kids but there you have it lol.

conversation, i love to discuss anything and everything and am always up for a "debate" about interesting topics. I have been told I can sing but lol everyones a critic so ill let anyone reserve judgment on that. overcoming impossible situations and still finding reasons to smile. Irritating right wing republicans :D

well as far as books go i love just about anything interesting, my favorites would have to be the Odyssey(Homer) Pride and Prejudice(i know i know), The Chalice and The Blade, any crime or thriller novels (as long as its not cheesy) some science fiction, romance, Wuthering Heights, poetry, Edgar Allen Poe and as i said before anything interesting. Movies i like a wide variety, some horror flicks (not too much gore and blood it needs to actually have a plot not just half naked barbies running for cover), mysteries, romantic comedies, Quentin Tarrentino films, I absolutely loved Pan's Labyrinth, Labyrinth(yes the one with David Bowie), Willow, Legend, Four Rooms (tarrentino), French Kiss (yes its a chick flick), Boondocks Saints (too fucked up not to love it). Music I love just about everything but at the moment am really enjoying punk, Natalie merchant, some of the older songs like ottis redding and such, Pink, and rock(alternative). Love old Nightwish(the new stuff is crap). As far as food goes, I love trying new things especially exotic foods my all time favorite though is Italian or chinese depending on my mood.

Doing school work and taking care of my boys If I do go out It requires a babysitter, and a little planning, I still enjoy going out for drinks or dancing or just bullshitting but it does take a little more planning these days.
