My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Like water, I ripple, I change. I am consistently inconsistent, comprised of atoms in constant motion.

A recent Toronto transplant, I moved here for university after finishing college in the social services but am ambivalent about what to do professionally when everything is said and done. I'm dichotomous, contradictory, equal parts intellectually intuitive and common sense impaired. A little melancholic, I'm that introverted, nature loving, heart heavy poetic type. A little childish, my sense of humour is dry, sarcastic, and perpetually self deprecating, though I dig me. I'm still silly and enjoy the simple things in life; great natural views, good food, good books, family, and great company. A bit of a shy book worm and health conscious, minimalistic lover of cooking, I live a paleo lifestyle in my lack of reliance on commercial cleansers and am looking for someone to learn from, with, and who will push me outside of my comfort zone to try new things like dance lessons, yoga classes, theatre, anything artistic, or even sporty, though I'm woefully anti-athletic. And I dig run on sentences, a lot. Marriage minded, straight edge, Christian and a lover of more traditional roles, my grandparents marriage is my model of an ideal relationship and I'm hoping to meet someone masculine and intelligent who is as comfortable in the city as the woods and can match my strong will.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Existing in the infinity of an existential crisis? Seriously though, I've only been asking myself this question since I was twelve. If any epiphanies regarding the purpose of existence smack me across the face OkCupid, you'll be the first to know homie.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing depressing and mediocre poetry, baking bread, blushing, becoming incessantly distracted.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My lack of social graces and awkward propensity to dress like a 1950's housewife? Or maybe it's the ditzy laugh.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Bukowski, Vonnegut, Marx, Hegel, Hobbes, Machiavelli, The Brothers Karamazov, Crime and Punishment, Waiting for Godot, Cunt A Declaration of Independence, Green is the New Black, Macbeth, Great Expectations, Plato's Republic, Jane Eyre, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, my textbooks, Animal Farm, Quiet Lightning on the Noisy Mountain, The Waves, Waiting, The Bell Jar, Wuthering Heights, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Chronicles of Narnia, Heavier than Heaven, Dante's Divine Comedy, Sweet Mother Prophecy, The Master and Margarita, Mortal Instruments, The Gita- A Hindu Text.

I'm a vegetarian so there's a lot of lentils and grains in my diet and nothing beats a good, home made chilli.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coconut oil, humour, God, books, home made bread, my family.

Not necessarily in that order.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My favourite televised thought experiments commodifying human relationships, climate change, how they get the peanut butter in those peanut butter cups, an awkward obsession with nihilism that inherently contradicts my religious affiliation and anything furry, those cute animal videos get me every time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't drink/gamble/smoke/or in anyway consume or engage in mood/mind altering substances... except coffee, so I'm liable to be watching movies and documentaries, exercising, knitting, dancing in hello kitty boxers, doing yoga, meditating, cooking, reading, writing terrible poetry, trying (failing) to play the guitar, hanging with the fam, rocking tea parties, or in the woods.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
E.T terrifies me, so do spiders.
