i'm a chef from south florida and i just moved to open a new tappas bar in nolita. i'm colombian and speak spanish but i don't look very Latino. i love beer and wine pairing, a decent band at a shitty dive, and pirating everything that tickles my interest. i now like walking more than driving but i still cringe when using big words because i've only ever read them. i'd like to rhyme and play music but i doubt those are talents i'm gonna cultivate anytime soon.
