My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Salt Lake enthusiast!

Easily entertained. I love to laugh, and I love to make those around me laugh.

Avid reader.

Avid hoarder of iPhone photo apps.

Lover of blues music. And dogs. And walking in the rain. NPR, KRCL, and the New York Times are staples in my day-to-day living.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at the U, and I'm currently trying to decide what I want to do for my Master's degree.

I love to go to live shows. Lots and lots of live shows.

I try to escape to southern Utah as often as possible. I love road trips. I love the mountains. I love staying home and watching a movie with a bottle (let's be honest, it's never "just a glass") of wine. I take a bazillion photographs on any given day (but not selfies...)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Dance-walking, finding crazy good things at thrift stores, schooling unsuspecting children in Mario Kart, writing reviews on Yelp, talking about music, dancing to music, making my hair really huge (80s huge), baking cookies, walking dogs, playing the guitar, planting flowers, playing Bananagrams, making others laugh...but I'm especially good at making myself laugh. True story.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair, my eyes, or my smile. My hair...has a personality of its own.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
music, my dogs, my family, my friends, good chocolate and good books.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
So many strange things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing whatever sounds fun that day, be it cooking at home, or some cultural event around town.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Yikes...I don't like mashed potatoes. True story.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're looking for a friend, someone to chat with, someone to go on a date with...etc. I love to: go into the mountains, go to southern utah, go on walks around liberty park, go to museums, see movies (love the broadway!), try new restaurants and toss a frisbee around. I mean it when I say I'm looking for friends!

I find it's easiest to approach these things like meeting a new friend. Helps take some of the pressure off. Even if we don't hit it off romantically, we could meet up, have coffee, and swap war stories. Cheers!
