I have had the good fortune to make it to quite a few places over the years. However, many people seem to define themselves by saying they love or live to travel, and to that I'd say - yes, vacation is fun. I thoroughly enjoy just walking around aimlessly and getting lost in a city, country or even some part of NY not knowing where you'll end up and just going with the flow. I have some good stories related to places I've wandered. I also love museums of almost any kind - when I go places I'll always check out their museums. I thought I loved the MET until I made it to the Louvre and now when I go to the MET it seems so small. So while I've traveled quite extensively, I don't think that it defines me and I often just want to kick-back and relax somewhere close to home with a beer. This can often be far easier and just as entertaining with the right people at the right activity. So I guess that makes me a mixture of laid-back but also focused and intense, depending on what the situation calls for.
Hmmm, what else? I am a big reader and appreciate a good book. I'm very sarcastic and love a good comedy. And I'm always trying to find new and exciting things to do, and hopefully pick up some skills and hobbies along the way.
