Everybody is aware of the fact that global warming is a major problem we need to face now. Scientists, politicians, environmentals and some concerned individuals are exerting much effort to help solve the problem. But can there be a solution to this? Who are the culprits in the first place? We, the homo sapiens,the gifted ones are trying to solve the problem that we ourselves created in the first place. Each one of us contributed to this problem. The products that we are using especially the airconditioners, refrigerators, automobiles and others are contributing to the destruction of the ozone layer (O3) . that layer in the mesosphere which is supposed to be protecting us from the harmful rays of the sun (Ultraviolet rays) is getting thinner and thinner and the hole is increasing in surface area. The chloroflourocarbons from the manufacturing of styro's that we use in fast foods is one of the major culprits. Can we live without fastfoods? can we do away with it? manufacturing of airconditioned cars destroys ozone layer but can you drive a car without the aircon as well? We are always trying to create things for our own comfort, trying to improve technology for human's satisfaction. And now there's nobody to blame but us . . . are we just going to let the ozone layer vanish (and suffer the consequence of having burnt skin and skin cancers), increase the temperature (extreme changes in temperature), and suffer from tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons, and face the untreated diseases (swine flu for the latest), and other possible diseases of our children in the future(ADHD, Alzheimer's, Autism, and mental disorders)???
We have to take part in this fight . . . we have to start saving planet Earth. Let us not turn this planet into another Venus (whose temperature is extremely not tolerable).

I am a single mom. I haven't dated for three years to be exact. Not even open to the idea of going out or meeting guys until I found this site. I tried to search for a good site where I could possibly meet someone nice, someone who I could end up with.

I am trying to be optimistic here, trying to give myself a break after three years of putting walls around me. I tried to break that wall and I guess I am ready to enter into a serious relationship and a commitment as well. I have been on this site for less than two months. I met lots of guys but I guess my geographical distance would always be a hindrance to them.

The guys would find me interesting (as they say) but when they realize how far Philippines is, they would end the communication. I am giving myself some more time, probably few months before I can finally conclude that LOVE DOESN'T REALLY CONQUER ALL. That long distance relationship is not acceptable and can never be possible.

I would still be here trying to prove if my hypothesis will be true or not. It is not really a case study but I would really be glad if someone would disprove this to me and say "My Love for you conquered the distance between us. . ."
