the ABCs of me... adorable, artistic, available, attentive, animal lover, bold (sometimes - hey, I've got to be honest with you!), balanced, benevolent, crafty (as in making things, not sly or deceitful), caring, cautious, creative, conscious, cultured, considerate, crazy (sanely so), determined, diplomatic, effervescent (like champagne!), everlasting, eager, exuberant, extraterrestrial (just kidding!), friendly, funny, fun loving, flirtatious, giving, gracious, good cook, hilarious, happy, healthy, headstrong (and maybe, sometimes, a bit stubborn), hungry, huggable, intelligent, inquisitive, interesting, joyful, jeweled (okay, so I have a weakness for all things that glitter!), kind, kissable (oh my!), liberal, loyal, loving, modest (okay, not always!), nice, nervous (aren't you?!), opinionated (but open to other's ideas), obliging, optimistic (realistically), polite, playful, positive, procrastinator (never said I was perfect), quiet (at times), quick-witted, rambling, reasonable, relentless, silly, sincere, special, sociable, trustworthy, thoughtful, theater-goer, unique, verbal, versatile, whimsical, wrinkle-free, x-pressive, youthful and zippy!

I am adapting the second half of my life to be easy going and mostly stress free. I seek the positive side of life and enjoy taking advantage of simple pleasures such as spending time with my dogs and find happiness in enriching the lives of those around me.

I feel very lucky because I have a flexible, part-time schedule and I love my work. I'm an adjunct professor; have a home business in graphic design; and am a computer "guru" for hire.

using my people skills. I have always been told I'm an excellent communicator because I have patience, can explain things well, and can make the information relevant to a diverse group. I am a creative person and a logical thinker.

I am intelligent, have a broad range of experiences and I'm easy to talk with.

My favorite activity is reading, followed closely by watching movies and tv. I prefer fiction, but there are always exceptions. I can lose myself in a good mystery book or movie. Other favorite genres are: thrillers, mystery, crime, and science fiction. If there is a humorous aspect... even better! (ex: books by Janet Evanovich)

Musical favorites vary from the symphony to classic rock to big band jazz.

Italian cuisine is my favorite, but Mexican, Asian, general American and Southern are wonderful. Of course I have to admit that chocolate and ice cream makes the "world go 'round." [grin]

I guess we are all here for the same reason--a compatible partner to enjoy life with. There are a few things that would be 'deal breakers' for me and I think talking about that up front works best. I am easy going and enjoy spending time at home. I do watch TV and enjoy movies, I am not a big sports fan. I don't like to argue or raise my voice and will not be with someone who does. I love to read and consider myself a life-long learner, education is important to me. I am an animal lover, so I don't have appreciation for hunters. (fishing is ok) I am a Liberal and voted for Obama. Finally, I am not a religious person. If you have read this and are still interested, let me know, if not, best wishes in your search.
