I’m single for over 2 years now (yes, that means divorced). I have
a few month old daughter that I see nearly every day when I’m in
town. I retired from a career in Silicon Valley about 3 years ago
and moved here. I’m still active in technology consulting and
involved in several start-ups.
In general I’m free in the afternoons and evenings to socialize. I do a block of work nearly every night starting around 11:00 pm and work for 2 to 4 hours (those are the times of day I’m the most productive). I know it’s kind of a weird schedule, but that’s how I have been doing things for many, many years now. I fly out of town 2 to 4 times a month to Silicon Valley and Palm Springs for several days each trip.
My personality is mellow and soft spoken (not shy and introverted). I was raised to be a gentleman and to act in a way my mother would always be proud (may sound corny, but its true). I enjoy good conversation, a home cooked meal and a bottle of wine over a night at a noise filled sushi bar (although I do enjoy a good bowl of udon). I have traveled all around the USA and in many parts of the world. I have a pretty full passport.
My favorite evenings are sharing a bottle of wine while cuddled up watching a DVD… If this sounds good to you, let’s chat and get to know each other.
