My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Moved to Austin 5 years ago to open a bar/night club on Red River. Best thing I ever did. 5 years ago I was a DJ in Orlando, FL and now I'm a partner in 4 bars, two here in Austin, one in Houston and most recently one in Greenpoint Brooklyn. I feel like I've won the lottery. I love my life, I love my friends, and I love Austin. One of the great perks about my life is that I've got no boss and my schedule is what I make it... which really helps with achieving my goal of traveling the country and world for the rest of my life. Trying to travel and have as much adventure as I possibly can.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Knowing the right song to play.
Creative Loafing.
Spontaneous adventuring.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have the eyebrows of a hollywood villian.
If i'm clean shaven and smiling (and hopefully i'm smiling), three dimples. 2 cheek, 1 chin.
if i'm at work, who's the old guy.
if i don't have a hat on, male pattern baldness.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Movies - Her. Harold and Maude. Sideways. Cold Mountain. Atonement. Gone with the wind. (apparently i have a thing for periodical romance) Alamo Drafthouse's live orchestra production of the silent film classic Sunrise is one of the greatest artistic creations i've ever seen. Criterion Collection. The Apartment. those come to mind. and documentaries.

Music - That's a long list. What I don't like, most top 40, new Country. Everything else is fair game.
The Essentials: Van Morrison, Neil Young, Miles Davis, Paul Simon, Phantogram, LCD Soundsystem. Father john misty. Animal collective STEELY FUCKING DAN.
I can argue that Gerry Rafrerty's right down the line is the greatest pop song ever written.

books - Currently in the middle of Beautiful Ruins By Jess Walter and I absolutely LOVE it but it only ended up being blah. So hard for a book to start and finish strong. Dorris Kearns Goodwin is brilliant. Everyone Should read her, 'The Bully Pulpit'. ocean sea, neverland, cormac mccarthy, non fiction. And the classics
shows - Mad Men. The fall. Black mirror. Used to love Battlestar Galactica reboot. Game of thrones is surprisingly VERY good. hate walking dead, true blood and other supposedly good shows.

food - yes. Food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
music. books. friends. family. exploring. yoga.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how lucky i am. how unlucky some are. music. the future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If i'm not at my club i'm usually on the east side eating and drinking with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I play with Legos.
