My 2013 Resolutions:
1. Be aware of my inner voice (you know the one that won't shut up)
2. Pray for my perceived enemies.. For their happiness directly impacts my well being
3. Write in my gratitude journal at least 3 things everyday
4. Perform random acts of kindness
5. Meditate (this is the hardest!)
I'm teaching my students about resolutions and how important it is to self reflect. It's a lot of fun sharing with them.
