My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a bit paradoxical in some ways. I'm technical and analytic... in an artistic, intuitive way. I can be absent-minded, but I'm naturally athletic and a relentless speed demon in sports. I'm shy and introverted, but I like the hustle and bustle of cities and coffee shops. I do a lot of work on the computer, but I can't stay in one place too long and I'd go crazy if I couldn't get out into nature - that's why I'm in California. I look younger than I am, I feel older than I am. In terms of character I'm simple and irreverent and playful.

The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a very calm person. Also people have trouble figuring out my ethnicity. I actually don't have such a thing. I descend directly from the heavens.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
(book) Startide Rising by David Brin
(movies) James Cameron's Avatar and The Gods Must be Crazy. I love Avatar because of its naturalistic spirituality.
(show) Avatar: The Last Airbender. Epic on so many levels. Oh and Adventure Time deserves a mention.
(music) Videogame music, pop, oldies, house music, anime music, rap, country, rock, random foreign songs, dance, etc.
(food) Anything with avocado, provided that anything is itself food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In the end, it's all about people. Haven't you seen that movie Contact? The whole point of that movie is that in the end, all we have is each other.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Physics. It's a hobby and I'm trying to learn me some advanced physics. I wouldn't call myself a nerd or a geek though. It's more like the natural world is my religion. I guess you could call me a naturalist.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably getting drunk, alone. Hell yea. Seriously though, I just moved here from Illinois so I don't have many people to hang out with.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I watch the movie "You've Got Mail" (the one with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks) at least once every couple of years. Maybe it's a chick flick but dude its like a rollercoaster of emotional goodness.

I'm attracted to two things mainly: Intelligence, and emotional intelligence. Not just for the smartness, which by itself is hot, but also because I find intelligent women have walked many of the same existential trails I have, and there's an immediate understanding and level of respect that comes from that.

By the way I ain't got none o that "A-list" schtippenschtazz or none other OK cupid hobblegobble.
