My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Frocks and feminism. I try to surround myself with creative types, but I'm curious about other types too. I like wine and Bruce Springsteen. Gin and Wilco. I try my utmost to enjoy myself at all possible times and not to take myself too seriously. Compulsive collector of trinkets and pretty things found in the belly of the op-shop; creepy religious art, teacosys, ashtrays, and things with roses on them. I hate to rush and I love read.

I spend a lot of time in my shed drawing, smoking and trying to conquer the crossword.
What I’m doing with my life

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Day dreamin' and drawing pictures on scraps of paper.

In terms of authors, here are some that I have enjoyed significantly; Hemingway, Tom Robbins, Kurt Vonnegut, Steinbeck, Fay Weldon, Margaret Atwood, Irvine Welsh, Paul Gallico, Henry Miller, Graham Greene, Sylvia Plath, Dostoevksy, Kafka, Roald Dahl, Judith Wright.

And again for moving pictures; Lost in Translation, Superstar, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Alien Trilogy, Planet of the Apes, any John Waters and most Russ Myer.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Best.

Music wise I find I get a varied mix stuck in my mind. Wilco, The Shins, Throwing Muses, Gillian Welch, Cake, Bruce Springsteen, Portishead, Nick Cave, Air, WEEN, The Dandy Warhols, Cibo Matto, Mclusky, Sleater Kinney, Billie Holiday, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Townes Van Zandt, David Bowie, Built to Spill, PJ Harvey, Tom Waits, Tim Buckley, Bikini Kill, X, Gang of Four, Atmosphere, Tears For Fears, Talking Heads, the Hoodoo Gurus, Ray Charles, Spiderbait, Kelis, Sonic Youth, Electrelane, The Smiths, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Mirah, The Saints, Link Wray, Magnetic Fields and Jenny Wilson.

The best meal is one taken with good company. I love to cook for people. I like things that are fresh and I like it when I start from scratch. The most wholesome I get is in the kitchen, I like home cooked, rich, delicious food. I'm not at all fussy about things of a culinary nature. Just no tinned tuna, please.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Polly Jean Harvey. Books. www.jezebel.com. My sweet crew. Pens&paper. Safety pins.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Setting up conceptual photo-shoots. The way I saw the world when I was younger. The book I'm reading. The state of existence in the next fifty years. Gay rights. Feminism. Assemblage of a fabulous outfit. Crawling into bed. Things that would make you blush.
On a typical Friday night I am
