Some things about myself:
I'm really interested in the issues surrounding the topics of art and design. If you look around you, everything is designed in some way or another. (The small, and often unnoticed, objects in out life have a profound power, not only how it relates to the markets but also to culture, education, and conception. The iPod, a little rectangular prism, has given a constant connection to media to the Western world. Or even more mundane, think about the humble plastic bag. Trillions of the same thing, so pervasive, you can find them washed ashore in Antarctica. Who was the guy to design that? Has it changed in any way over the years?)
Making a good dinner after coming back from crew, or some late-night cookies is a major stress-reliever for me. And, let me tell you, I make a damn good pie crust.
I love to debate and discuss things to the extreme; this usually ends up with metaphysical discussions deriving from a conversation that started with "how are you doing." Also, I enjoy exploring the inherent contradictions in out world, and though they are frustrating at times, they pose some fascinating questions.
I'm from Wisconsin. I. LOVE. Wisconsin. Not only is it beautiful (my favorite areas are the lakes in Madison and the Blue Mounds in the center of the state), Wisconsin has Cheese and Beer (and GOOD beer, too); what more do you need in life? Also, Madison has all the liberals, intellectuals, and organic food that you could ever (or never, at times) want.
Overall, I'm a down-to-earth guy looking for someone who is real, someone to have a conversation with, and someone to truly get to know.
