My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
What's big and small at the same time? A BIG EGG

When I was a kid of about 3 or 4, Morrissey - Everyday Is Like Sunday was my favourite song. It's probably no surprise I turned out how I have.

Seeing "defiantly" used in place of "definitely", whether the result of autocorrect or not, REALLY boils my piss.

Probably shouldn't open my profile with two grumpy statements like that. MY FRIENDS THINK I'M LOVELY HONESTLY. You know, those friends that aren't in any of my pictures.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Some mix of working, gaming, reading, beer-hunting, and generally trying to keep my shit together.

Most of all, resisting the urge to rub my face on the frosted glass panes in the building I work in
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Remembering things. I have the sort of memory which impresses and frightens people in equal measure.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Fat. Glasses. A distinct lack of fashion sense. Some attempt at facial hair. I DON'T KNOW
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Weird fiction/horror, preferably in the form of short stories. Pessimistic philosophy when I'm in a grump phase (E.M. Cioran, Schopenhauer, basically folk who made a living out of angst.)

FILMS, not "movies": Former trash enthusiast; I don't really have the time any more.

Shows: Vic and Bob, Armando Iannucci, Chris Morris, The League of Gentlemen, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Sometimes I like to go see the stand-up comedy people. Most recently was Bridget Christie.

Music: Riffs, synths, catchiness, miserable, weirdness, haunting vocals - in any combination. Examples? Urfaust, Dystopia, Roxy Music, King Dude, Menace Ruine, Bronski Beat, Nico. And all that new 80's-sounding stuff like Carpenter Brut and Perturbator.

Food: I'm kind of a dick when it comes to food - I'm not very adventurous. Perhaps I could be converted. Serious beer geek though.

Games: HAHA I ADDED A CATEGORY. I enjoy PC gaming when time allows. Eternal loves are Burnout 3: Takedown, Ninja Gaiden, the Stalker games, Dark Souls, the Deus Ex games, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Hotline Miami, The Binding of Isaac, and Spelunky.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Voluntary solitude
My (terrible) eyesight
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Yeast, seriously. If I'm actually capable of saving money. Then crying at my bank statements. Starting a tiny brewery.

I can be found shouting into the void @awfulperson
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually staying in. I prefer going out on weeknights as they're quieter. I consider "sitting down" and "being able to speak and be heard" to both be beneficial in social situations.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've struggled with my mental health since my mid-teens, and my depression has been particularly bad lately

AND... I haven't seen Game of Thrones. And I'm in no hurry to watch it. IDGAF.
