I am caring, easy going, and humorous.
My Self-Summary
My name's Chris and I'm from Morrisville, Bucks County. I'm a
fairly laid back kind of guy. I like going out to the
movies with
friends, and just hang out and have a few
drinks too. I'm generally the guy
out of the group who likes to crack
jokes, and have a few
laughs. Mostly I'm trying to enjoy
what's around me, but I try to stay down to Earth. My friends say
I'm awesome, but how about you decide for yourself?
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm working as an electrician for a company in South
Jersey. I'm also taking an apprenticeship class to earn my
Journeyman's Certification in hopes of starting my own business
someday. Though I have aspirations of being an actor, so who knows
what the future holds for me.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh and feel at ease in awkward situations, if that
makes any sense at all. Also oddly enough, holding conversations
with complete strangers. I have the gift of gab what can I say.
The first things people usually notice about me
How tall I am, my smile, and my eyes
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love movies and books. Nothing is better than scary movies! I
love Halloween, Dracula, and pretty much any
zombie movie. I'm also a fan of
Quentin
Tarantino movies, and classic movies like Chinatown and The
Lion in Winter. Though nothing beats a good book. I like
science fiction,
mysteries,
horror and
literature.
Movies: Kill Bill Vol. 1&2, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, The
Hunted, Hot Fuzz, Dracula(1933), Halloween, The Departed,
Chinatown, Shaun of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, The Lion in
Winter, The Prestige, Lucky#Slevin, the list goes on.
Books: Just about any Star Wars novel(gulity pleasure/addiction),
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, A Scanner Darkly, Different
Seasons, 1984, Stranger in a Strange Land(one of my favs!), The
Perks of Being a Wallflower, Catcher in the Rye, and once again the
list goes on.
Music: Death Cab for Cutie, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Queen,
Powerman 5000, The Beatles, really just everything. I mean I love
all forms of music, from Jazz to Country, Classical to Metal. I
love it all.
The six things I could never do without
Friends, food, good books, movies, my cell phone, and roller
coasters
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where I'm going in my life. I'm constanly dreaming of possibilities
of my future, the effects of my past on my life, and so on. It's
kind of hard for me to sort it out most of the time, since I'm
constantly switching gears. Most of the stuff I think of winds up
being day dreams and what-if's, but it keeps me entertained.
On a typical Friday night I am
Mostly just chilling out and trying to recover from a long work
week. I'll usually try and make plans with friends to see a movie
or go to a restaurant for some food and drinks.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'll come right out and say it: I actually like country music. Yes
I know most of you reading this have probably just recoiled in
terror, but it is true. I grew up listening to it, I like it, and
I'm cool with the fact that most people hate it. So you don't need
to worry about my brainwashing anyone with it.
