My self-summary
Like most people, I don't particularly like these sections, but here goes nothing...

I grew up in New England (so I say "wicked" a lot), and moved down here for work. I work with computers all day, so I have a lot of non computer related hobbies.

My passion is flying, and would spend go every day if it didn't cost so much. It's just that much fun for me.

I'm also into ballroom dancing, fine wine/beer/spirits, sports cars, clocks, tinkering, home repair and just having a good time.

I'm an old fashioned kinda guy, who believes chivalry isn't dead. Don't worry though; I'm not so old fashioned I'm backwards.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying my best to enjoy it!

Work hard and play hard. Then take a nap.

I'm always trying to find new things and make myself better.
I’m really good at
Finding expensive hobbies. . .

Killing spiders and opening jars ;-)

I can grow a beard pretty well too- but mustaches are another story. Go figure right? (I'm also good at shaving- the beard isn't always there)
The first things people usually notice about me
How much I like to whistle.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Dandelion Wine, and other Bradbury novels. I Love Patrick McManus stories. And Hemmingway is cool, and have started to appreciate daiquiris in his honor.

Movies: Dr. Strangelove, Dirty Harry, Death Wish, Support Your Local Sheriff, Gross Point Break, McClintock, The Princess Bride. . . I like movies, and if I get 15 min into a movie- I need to know how it ends, so I've seen some bad movies.

Music: I can find something good in most any genre.

Food: Steak and Potatoes! I'm pretty much an omnivore though who will try anything at least once.
The six things I could never do without
Coffee (black please)
Airplanes (life is better when you fly)
Scotch (single malt, neat)
My tools (the power tools especially)
Leatherman (it's even better that a Swiss Army knife!)
Birdy One (you'll just have to ask about that one)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to take over the world. . . .

I think a lot about flying and the weather.

I spend a lot of time thinking about systems engineering- that's what I did my masters in.
On a typical Friday night I am
Chillin' out with a beer and grillin' a steak. Or hanging out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Ask me in person.
You should message me if
Ummm. . . you want to, obviously.

You like having fun, and trying new things.

You have tips for getting rid of stink bugs. . .
