Discovering a new flamenco guitarist; bicycling through a Tuscan fortress village; exploring the sunflower fields of Provence; just relaxing on the couch with a great movie and glass of merlot. Life has been rich, but I’d like to have these experiences with someone special.
I find it easy to relate to people of any age. My many wonderful friends range from committed liberals to compassionate conservatives. I’m equally happy doing things with your kids, if you have them.
While adventure is life-enriching, so is a home life. Quiet evenings together, trying new recipes, or entertaining friends casually or in style. It’s all about life balance. I’m also spiritually engaged (non-denominational) and respectful of all faiths.
Travel is a great passion. The ancient Incan ruins of Peru...a glass of wine at a sidewalk cafe in St. Remy... ayurvedic massages at a spa resort along the Tuscan coast...the warm waters of Jamaica and St. John Island. Unforgettable moments, with more exploring to come.
Running and a passable tennis net game keep the excess calories at arm’s length, and allow sinful pleasures such as chocolate mousse. And yes, the photos are recent.
Although marriage has been elusive in the past, I’m seeking a committed relationship that leads to marriage and a lifetime together.
And who are you? You’re filled with enthusiasm and a youthful sense of discovery. You also laugh easily.
You’re empathetic, playful and affectionate; you love to touch and hold. You’re grounded and easy to be with, and seek a balance in life.
And us? Back to that laughter again -- it’s a natural and spontaneous part of our relationship. We also listen. We’re forthright. We’re ok with each other’s quirks. Our relationship is a safe place to be ourselves.
And yes, as lovers we have those walks on the beach and travels to romantic and faraway lands. But we’re also committed to sharing life’s day-to-day moments: that great job promotion...your four days sick in bed with the flu...the client meeting that went so well, or kinda fizzled... working on our Saturday afternoon to-do list (yes, I’d like to go shopping together).
Most of all, let’s enjoy whatever life brings us. If a frothy romance comes quickly, then how wonderful. If it takes time, that’s fine. Or if we decide to be friend-friends, then we’ve still enriched ourselves.
So let’s see how we can leaven each other’s lives. Thank you for visiting; let’s visit some more!
