I'm quite a quiet and introverted type of person, although with occasional delusions of grandeur. I spend much of my time reading, writing, listening to music or engaging in some ill-conceived autodidactic project or other...in truth I'd like to be a sort of renaissance man in the Da Vinci mould, but there isn't much call for that sort of thing in the modern world, so I'm trying to concentrate on philosophy. I have also been learning French. I can read pretty much anything pretty fluently, but I'd be at a loss if some French guy asked me the time in words. He'd have to write it down. Maybe next time I'm in a French speaking country I should pretend to be a deaf-mute.

not much of use. reading and writing and playing my guitar and drinking and planning Big Things. I study on occasion.

I think I'm a decent writer and with some willpower could really produce something worth reading. I also suppose I have some talent in philosophy. My lack of initiative is the problem. I'm a genius deep down! Really!
