What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I recently decided to switch things up a little and become a nurse. I like the idea of nursing but I don't want to stop there. I ultimately would like to be a P.A. but one degree at a time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking. No lie, you name it, I'll make it and it will be delicious! I'm bragging, yes, but I'm that good.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would have to say either my eyes or my smile. I try to greet every person with a smile. It tends to start the encounter on a positive note. My eyes are hazel but they usually stay a shade of green.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Food: Italian, and down home Southern cooking.
Books: The Fountainhead, Stephen King novels, anything by Poe, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Sherlock Holmes novels, the Bourne trilogy, just to name a few.
Movies: Pretty Woman, Office Space, Shaun of the Dead, Star Wars, Back to the Future I, II III, classic scary movies, Avengers, Captain America, Thor
Shows: Bones, Big Bang Theory, Castle, Mentalist, Suits
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Family. We may not always be on the same page, but their opinion is always valued. Family, is home.
2. Faith. I was raised Baptist so faith is engrained into me. I do not consider myself a Baptist by any stretch but to say that I have abandoned my faith would be a lie.
3. Lucky. This is my 9 year old blue healer/pointer mix. He is my running partner and yes, my best friend.
4. My work. I love my job! I honestly do. Everyday there is something different and I have an amazing work group. Work also pays me and who doesn't like having money...for things like shelter, food and fun!
5. Internet access. Do I really need to explain? In today's world...it's a must if only once a day.
6. Weekends. Saturday and Sunday are hands down the two best days of the week. I look forward to the weekend; it means no set wake up time.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Random things. I'm all over the map on this one. It could be anything from the rapid decline of our nation to if I should buy a new dress.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In class. Really. In an attempt to avoid a nightmare of a professor, I was left with lecture on Friday night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
On here...to complete strangers? I sometimes watch train wreck reality shows...and don't completely hate them.
