I'm currently a graduate student at Ohio University studying Film. I like reading, swimming, painting, and a lot of general "hobby stuff". I also like to spend time outdoors, whether camping, hiking, meditating, swimming, or just running around like a crazy person. Before moving to Athens, I really enjoyed aviation. However, it has been a while since I've been in a plane (though I do miss it quite a bit).

Eating ice cream. No, I'm not kidding. I am absolutely fantastic at eating ice cream. What can I say? It's a gift!

While I absolutely love a good movie, I don't spend very much time in front of the television. With books I tend to lean a little more toward the classics, but that doesn't mean I won't check out something more contemporary if I think it looks good.

When it comes to music and food, variety is the spice of life. However, I do have a particular fondness for spicy foods (Cajun, Mexican, Thai, Indian, etc.)

5. Having time to myself. Being around people is fine and dandy, but I need some time to reflect on things every so often.
6. Daylight. I hate being cooped up at home. I love being outside.

Weekends are wild cards for me. Occasionally I like to stay in and paint or watch a movie. At other times I prefer to go out and enjoy the night life.
