I am Susan, Bree, and Gaby.

My Self-Summary

I meditate and do yoga. I have a close group of friends. I like urban hiking. I spent 8 weeks at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies living in a tent, doing manual labor, and taking yoga classes. I think being gay is fun, I think gayness is goodness, and I really love gay people. I don't understand people who think they are at a disadvantage because they are gay - I mean, it's basically like a super power. Haven't people seen X-men?

I am very quiet in person, but when I'm on AIM I can get out of control (it's the inner writer in me being set loose). I don't do sports, and I never have. My room is neat and clean, and nothing EVER changes place. I live in a home improvement catalog. I drink SO much tea. I know everything there is to know about tea. I especially enjoy Japanese Senchas grown in the shade at high altitudes so as to enhance their notes of artichoke and seaweed.

What I’m doing with my life

Studying literature and psychology. I'm writing a feature-length script right now about an aging hippie battling his insecurities in the face of his girlfriend's newfound success as an abstract painter. Usually I write about robots and pop stars, so this is about as true to life as it gets for me.

I’m really good at

writing.

The first things people usually notice about me

I am in touch with a higher power in a fake and homosexual way.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Film: INLAND EMPIRE, Mulholland Drive, Nowhere, The Tenant, Last Year at Marienbad, Laura, Naked Lunch, Existenz.

TV: Twin Peaks, Desperate Housewives, The Sarah Silverman Program.

Books: Cities of the Red Night, The Place of Dead Roads.

Music: David Bowie, Madonna, Garbage, Brian Eno, Roxy Music, Radiohead.

Indian food (vegetarian).

I spend a lot of time thinking about

myself.

On a typical Friday night I am

working

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I actually take great pleasure in confessing and embarrassing myself.

You should message me if

you enjoy writing messages to strangers (I do).
