Ok, ok… a little about myself:
I am a trained dancer, a Leo Tiger, a caring friend, and a giver who also knows the joy of receiving. I enjoy movies, hiking, nature, meditating, dancing, music, and effective communication.
But I am also someone looking to share deeply with a soul I feel connected to. I am blessed with many wonderful friends, and I am in daily practice of sharing, growing, and expressing myself fully. I would love to then receive back the affection that a quality connection brings.
I love to throw parties. Mainly small dinner parties, but then one to five larger parties a year for various occasions at my house. My work involves organizing, planning and executing large scale events, weddings and concerts… I am fed by it. I love to see people come together and enjoy life. I’ve worked locally with events like Moog Fest and the Warren Haynes Christmas Jam playing various organizational roles.
I have been dancing since I was 3. I studied intently my entire life and had a fantastic time dancing in a Jazz/Hip Hop company in Athens for 5 years, post college. I choreograph, perform and create. I love movement and connecting into my body.
What it looks like now is enjoying a great DJ that will feed my spirit on the dance floor. I’m also enjoying the many fabulous forms of social dance – contra, Appalachian waltzes, Latin dancing… I’m open to pretty much anything - there is so much to enjoy. But the electronic/house vibe at a live show is becoming my new favorite.
Please know I do not expect or depend on anyone to be a dancer. This is not a deal breaker - not even close. In fact, most men I’ve dated have not been eager to get on the dance floor. There are plenty of things I’m not into. I hope an experienced mountain biker wouldn’t overlook me because I don’t ride bikes.
I am just here to look beyond my world to see what else is out there. I am looking to grow. Heart connection is my path.
