My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Looking for new friends and interesting people. Come share a bowl. Don't be shy**** Hey I'm Aaron. I've been on this site for awhile and can honestly say that I've met a lot of really cool people. Still looking for my kindred spirit though. I love concerts, sushi, coffee, cooking (obviously) hiking smoking with my buddies and just shooting the shit. I love good food and better company. I have more life experience then most people twice my age.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm doing banquet setup for Renaissance Inn. The pay is insanely decent and the staff is really easy to work around. Trying to find a hobby, at the moment, I'm teaching myself hard guitar hero. (Cari and myself are too evenly matched on medium) living in a house full off crazy roomies. Never a dull moment.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, debating, speed reading, geeking out, driving on ice, cheering people up, letting go
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not sure... you'll have to tell me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Vonnegut, Rand, Ellis, Selby, Carrol, Dick, Hemingway, Faulkner, Palahnuik, Preacher, Ennis, George RR Martin, Salinger, Gaiman, Ellis, Moore, TS. Eliot, Martin, Tolkien....

Movies: Darren Aronofski is a god. I love QT, Lynch, anything by pixar, and pratically anything that isn't bullshit popcorn cinema. Charlie Kaufman is amazing, brutal horror, I love early Danny Boyle, PT Anderson, early van sant, Miyazaki, Polanski, ect..

Music: I love jam but practically anything with some substance. Indy, Alt country, and underground hip hop is cool. I adore Radiohead, Moe., Tom Waits, Bjork, The Band, Wu-Tang, Rage, STS9, The Flaming Lips ect... As of late I have fallen head over heels in love with bluegrass/mountain music. I'm down for seeing practically any live music.
*** Please don't judge me to harshly, but early ICP is some of the most enlightened/funny hip hop ever put out. Their later work is practically all complete shite. I dare someone to challenge me on this issue after hearing Riddlebox and Great Melinko***
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My birkenstocks, coffee, my buddies, a good IPA or scotch, kickass speakers, love, a full grinder, friends I can treat like brothers, a good book in my hands, the promise of better times to come, a lover I see as a best friend, a waterproof pair of boots (That's a bit more then six)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The new world order, zombie apocalypse, or whichever mass culling of humanity is likely to happen first. Mostly, I just worry about keeping one foot in front of the other and moving foward life is pretty great right now.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working or hanging out with my friends. Drinking and having friendly arguments over minutiae. On nights that call for solitude I'm reading or catching up on my premium cable. (God, do I love HBO and Showtime)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm an open book.... I dont even remember privacy.

If you want to meet up for a beer or a j. We don't mind chatting back and forth a bit, but if we aren't going to take it beyond that I really don't see the point.
