If you think we have enough in common, drop me a line and we can see where things go.
Fair is Fair….I only reply to those that have a photo.
The next section may seem a little b***chy, but I think it needs to be said so you get a true idea of what I want. Don't take it personally, just I know what I want.
Gentlemen....what is it with the sun glasses in the photos, or even photos that are 30 feet away...When you post a picture of yourself that is 30 feet away and your a tiny speck or only post a picture of yourself with sun glasses on, it makes me think that your hiding something and not wanting to show your true self. After all "Eyes are the Windows of the Soul". I would prefer to see pictures of you doing something fun with your friends and family, and a couple of close ups of your face, rather than a self portrait that is blurry and out of focus and could possibly be a 10 year old picture (admit it, some of these blurry images are scans of old pictures of you 30 pounds lighter and 15 years younger) LOL!
Also- sending me a one or two word message like "Hi There" or "Your Pretty" just makes me think that you’re not very creative and just sending out messages to anything that has "a nice rack"...Yes, I have gotten lots of those types of messages. Come on guys....peak my curiosity, show some creativity when sending messages. Sending "I lik ur smile" makes me think that you’re not intelligent enough to put together 3 sentences in an email. If you don’t use proper English and string together an actual thought in an email, I doubt you will give enough thought to our first date. Again, I apologize for my bluntness but I don’t want to waste anyone’s time.
For those of you that I have replied to (or will reply to in the future), I thank you for your interest and look forward to getting to know you more. I unfortunately am not able to get on to check messages as often as I would like due to work, but if you are still interested in me, please be patient and know that I will eventually give you contact information once I feel more comfortable with you.
I'll get off the soap box now. LOL!!
If I had to pick a "type" I tend to be drawn to the creative, artistic, adventurous, rock n roll bad boy with a passionate and soft heart. Not into sports (although I do like watching an occasional Titan's game). NASCAR and NHRA fans just need to pass me by. I love movies, love live theatre and music.
My intent with this update is not to hurt anyone's feelings, but don't want to continue to "wade" through all the fish that I will never connect with because we have nothing in common. As most of you say "The Chemistry has to be there". It goes both ways. Thanks for reading.
I love all types of music, but I probably listen to more rock and blues. On shuffle lately has been STP, Los Lonley Boys, Johnny Lang, Sheryl Crow, Soundgarden, Van Halen (my first love), Robert Plant, Led Zepplin, you get the picture.
Love to read, but don't get the chance to read as much as I would like. Just finished reading the Steig Larsson trilogy and then watched the Swedish version of the movies.
Movies- Waiting for Guffman, any Tim Burton and Johnn Depp movie, Young Frankenstien, any classic old hollywood film, way too many to name
I love all kinds of food. I have a group of friends that go to different ethnic resturants around town. LOVE sushi!
I hate to say it, but my iphone (what did we do before we had these electronic devices. I really can't remember. :-) )
Everything else is just cake. Life is good and I'm very fortunate to have what I have.
