I think I resemble a cross between Frasier Crane and Ray Romano, because sometimes I do like to sit around, watch some baseball or TV, relax and enjoy life, I am a man with whom you can rent a good movie or watch an episode of Law and Order or Buffy, but could also trust to whisk you off on a weekend to the Blue Ridge, or take you for dinner and dancing. I consider myself introspective, intuitive, and aware of what's going on around me. I grew up in Western Massachusetts, but after going to college down in Virginia I ended up staying, setting up shop in Alexandria and working in DC for a while. Currently I live in Richmond in the West End. I love the area but for some reason always miss New England a little, that piece of home. I am open, laid back, someone with whom it is easy to have a conversation. I love to communicate and to learn things, I work in Marketing and Analysis which has it challenges, and can be quite fun sometimes, I also enjoy news/politics, baseball, a bit of hockey (watching both), XC skiing, world travel, music, theatre, museums, and more. Little things get me going.

I work for a large bank in Richmond. I do a lot of analytical work. I love it. Dream would be to work my way in to television and entertainment industry, but I do very well and enjoy the work I do now.

navigating, being a scout leader, along with that, wilderness survival, hiking, camping and the like. Giving you useless trivia about TV, movies, and about everything else since I read about 5 newspapers a day.

Sorry, cliche, everyone says eyes, but when I work with children I get the comment from the buggers that I shave my head.

I am an extrovert, who prefers to listen, and find the one person in the room who wants to be listened to.

I am looking to meet someone with whom I can have a conversation, I enjoy talking yes, but I also enjoy listening just as much. I am interested in someone who has a sense of adventure and likes to let loose a little bit for some fun, someone who likes to be spontaneous or is open to being with someone who can surprise them once and a while. I would like someone who can be open minded but is also strong in their convictions, and is diverse. For example you are happy wandering around a museum, dancing at a club till the wee hours, open to traveling the world, cooking dinner for two at home, or curled up watching a really horrid movie and just laughing at it. I would like to meet someone who is caring and compassionate, who cares as much about the feelings of the person they are with as they do their own. I have a lot of love to give and I would love to meet someone who wants to share in that so that we can encourage each other. I believe for a successful relationship it is very important to have complementing personalities, and that helping each other grow together, can be the key to a long-lasting relationship
