I am crazy, musically-inclined, and quiet.
My Self-Summary
How do I describe myself? Hmm...
Well, I'm kind of a complete dork, to be completely honest. I like
to read for fun and I do it all the time. I ramble a lot and I have
more friends online than I do in real life. I love Harry Potter and
I can't wait until the sixth movie comes to theatres. I absolutely
loath the Twilight Saga and I've written a one-thousand word rant
on my hatred of it before.
I like music. I probably listen to it around fifteen plus hours a
day and I pick up on lyrics to songs fairly fast. I also like to
write lyrics and I do it during my free time. The thing I like
about lyrics is that you can explain so much emotion in such few
words. It's just amazing to me in that way.
I also like to write short stories and I have a great idea for a
novel that I eventually want to write. I tend to write a lot about
what I've experienced and what I've felt, etc.
I'm into Philosophy. I like coming up with theories or things and
reading books about such ideas. I'm a thinker and I like to come up
with some crazy ideas and answer questions that other people
wouldn't even think about answering.
I also like Psychology and I'm thinking about majoring in
Psychology once I enter University/College and then majoring in
Clinical Psychology once I hit Graduate school. I like the whole
idea of helping people and figuring out solutions and diagnosing
them. It's something I'm very passionate about.
I plan on eventually going over to Africa and other places in need
and help build schools/houses for them. I might join Peace Corp,
but I don't know how that would work out, to be honest. But it's
definitely something I'm very interested in.
I'm trying to find my way around the whole religious thing, but at
the current moment I don't know what to really think. I'm probably
considered Atheist or Agnostic, but I plan on diving deep into that
relatively soon and to hopefully find something that I can truly
believe in. I was raised in a Christian/Protestant environment, but
I don't really know what I believe at the moment.
I'm bisexual, on the verge of just coming out as Pansexual, because
it seems more like, well 'me' But either way I like either gender.
I'm just not sure if it has to do more with personality or
attraction; oh well.
I'm ADHD and it's sometimes hard to deal with, but I'm starting on
new medication, so who knows.
I can be insanely random and scatter brained and outgoing, but I
can also be the quiet girl in class that nobody ever seems to
notice, unless it's just to pick on her. I have many different
sides to me and each one is more nonsensical and more unique than
the last layer of skin.
All I can really say is that I'm me and you can either love it or
hate that about me, but I'm not gonna change for nobody.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm trying to put the pieces back together at the current moment
and it's actually going pretty well. Things are looking up, I guess
you could say.
I'm going back to a better school and I'm actually going to
graduate on time.
I'm volunteering at my local Humane Society and I'm in the process
of buying a Cannon G10 Powershot Digital Camera so I can start
taking pictures and maybe enroll in a Photography class.
I don't know what else to say besides that.
I’m really good at
- Figuring out when someone's upset. I don't know how, but I can
just sense when someone's not having a good day or is going through
some kind of struggle.
- Writing. Or, so I like to think I am. Other people tell me my
writing's pretty good, so I'll take their word for it, I
guess.
- Listening to people. I don't always know the right things to say,
but I always try to listen to people when they're talking to
me.
- Taking technical information and putting it into layman's terms.
I just seem to almost always 'get it' and am able to transform it
into terms that other people can understand.
- Graphics. I adore making stuff in Photoshop and I'm okay-ish at
it, which I should be seeing as I've been working with it for
around three/four years.
- Cheering someone up. I'll do anything to make someone smile or
laugh.
- Being there for someone. I'm loyal through and through.
- Keeping my promises - For the most part, at least. I try to do as
much as I can for anybody, even if they don't deserve it, so if I
happen to not come through with something than I did do it just to
spite you; I probably tried my hardest, but just couldn't come
completely through.
- Remember things from many years ago. I have very good long-term
memory, especially seeing as my first memory is from when I was
around two years ago. However, if you ask me what I had for lunch
two days ago I couldn't tell you. My minds funny like that.
- Video Games. Or, some of them I am good at.
- Playing with animals. I love them.
Hmm... I can't really think of anything else, but there's probably
more. I'm usually pretty modest, though. I don't like being the
center of attention, or telling people what I'm good at because I
feel like I'm being egotistical or saying I'm better than everyone
else when I'm definitely not trying to do that. -shrugs- It's a
constant battle.
The first things people usually notice about me
Online:
Hmmm...
- They'll probably notice that I really am a nice person that
doesn't like to be mean and is relatively shy and likes to bounce
ideas off of people.
- That I stand by my opinions and myself and that nobody is ever
going to change that about me.
- That I stand by people who I call my friends no matter
what.
- That I'm different from most people. Sometimes I can't tell if
them noticing that right off the bat is a good thing or not,
though.
- That I'm genially honest, but not in an overly hurtful way.
- That I hold grudges on particular things.
- That I need time to process things and be by myself. Otherwise I
get cranky.
- That I'm pretty low-maintenance.
- That I have a pretty low-self esteem.
- That I can go from being really serious to really sarcastic in a
minute.
- That I need to be pushed to express my feelings sometimes.
If you ever talk to me tell me what you first notice/d about me and
maybe I'll add it to the list.
Real Life:
- That I don't like to be up front and in the center of
attention.
- That I'm very quiet. I don't talk unless I'm spoken to,
really.
- That I like my electronics.
- That I lose things constantly.
- That I'm overweight. I'm working on improving that.
- That I'm pretty tall.
- That I'm a tomboy.
I don't really know what people notice in real life, so much.
Mostly because I don't usually open up in awkward social
situations. But yeah.

with the internet, listening to music, sleeping or reading a
