My self-summary
Wrongly voted "Most Likely to be an Internet Celebrity", Class of 2006.

I have this mole on my left shoulder shaped like disappointment.

Someone told me I looked like Drew Arellano if he had a face collision with a considerably uglier man.
What I’m doing with my life
Writing terrible poetry. Making fun of irrelevant things. Stressing out about whether or not that thing I said before was funny. Framing fragments as if they were sentences. Eating endless amounts of mocha Hansel because only they make me feel loved. Dodging hugs from children.
I’m really good at
Scatting. Not the one creepos go on craigslist for, but honest-to-God, doo-wop, Ella-Fitzgerald-and-other-earthy-black-women scat singing. I throw vocables at the mic like they're nothing. Like they're nothing.

Flexing my biceps at nobody in particular when I'm hanging from a jeepney.

Singing Zooey Deschanel's songs.
The first things people usually notice about me
I would like to believe people think my hair's nice.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I've always admired The Bible and its accompanying movie adaptation, "Fight Club". Comics, thousands and thousands of comics. Crunching through Infinite Jest and finding that my uhh reading teeth need um more literary calcium oh my god this is an awful analogy. Terry Pratchett, who will never die. Other titles people read and talk about. I've read a lot, I guess. Oh my god, what have I been doing with my life? I could've learned a sport! Basic social skills!

They Might Be Giants. Destroyer. Tom Waits, that sweet, gasoline-drenched monsterman. The Beatles' Revolver. The Strokes. The White Stripes. Boards of Canada. Vampire Weekend. Phoenix. Beirut. Belle & Sebastian. Bon Iver. She & Him. The Decemberists. Girl Talk. Kishi Bashi. The Tallest Man on Earth. Sufjan Stevens (for the longest time, I called him Surf-Dyan). I went through a slammin' Linkin Park phase, too.

I am a man who likes his retro-gaming. So, Earthbound. Megaman. Karateka. Prince of Persia. Zork. I consume a lot of indie games as well. Currently laying Rayman Origins. Monaco. Papo & Yo. Video games are a pretty big thing in my life so I've actually started to write about them! Imagine that! (Oh man, that's my real name?)

I play Dungeons and Dragons, which is a hip thing now that Vin Diesel and Stephen Colbert have come out as having played it. I contemplate LARPing but know that my friends will disown me if I start stealing into the woods to throw glitter at woodland creatures. So I just laugh and let the glorious visions fade in their own time.

Podcasts: The Comedy Button, My Brother My Brother and Me, Podtoid, Throwing Shade, Idle Thumbs, Risk!. Mostly comedic ones that I will never admit I steal jokes from. Risk!, on one of its inspirational benders, is life-changing. Go listen to it.

Some kind of device to wirelessly contact my parents in case I fall into a ditch or something x1
A whole lotta ~*SWAG*~ xinfinity
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to best rearrange my face so I can express sincerity.

Rap songs about Batman.
On a typical Friday night I am
Learning a useless skill via tutorials on Youtube. So far, I have successfully picked up:
a. poker chip shuffling
b. juggling
c. cup stacking
d. whistling with your fingers
e. that cup-rhythm thing from that singing movie
f. speed-folding clothes
g. slam poetry

Sipping honey on my stoop, throwing riddles at passers-by and devouring them if they answer incorrectly.

Embarrassing myself at the gym. Or running. Or doing none of these and playing video games instead.

Out with my friends because they are cool and smell nice.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm super into Space Jam.

I once had a sexy dream about Sailor Venus.

My go-to drink is a Mojito. It tastes like mint and freedom from heteronormativity.
