Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am just about finished with my training to become a naturopathic
physician and studying for my certifications in osteopathy,
homeopathy, and acupuncture so I can get back into what I like
doing best: helping people out of tight spaces. I'm currently still
working as a translator for the Army but hope to be opening my own
practice sometime in the first half of next year, and then you all
have to come and let me take care of you :-)
I hope to pop in here pretty often to update these question fields
a bit, and I'd be very happy to meet some new people! C ya!
I am easy-going, sarcastic, and chaotic
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Nun...ich lebe es - mittlerweile sogar in ziemlich vollen
er... living it, and actually having fun doing that too!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
...hm. sounding over-confident. Err, massaging? Listening to
people. Calming others down. Putting my foot in my mouth (ya very
good at that). Sleeping. Cuddling. Repairing things. Finding some
sort of answer to strange questions like some of these here!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like to laugh alot, I look at people very closely, and usually
get them to laugh within the first few minutes of conversation.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - well, anything by Terry Pratchett will be read within the
shortest of time, then there's the few books by Hugh Laurie, most
of the books on medical and psychological treatment subjects, and
the standard bag of men's interest books (wine, women, and...er not
Movies: I know I'm going to love The Dark Knight and Ironman (so ok
I'm addicted to comics gone movies), PS I Love You, Kiss Kiss Bang
Bang, Charlie Wilson's War, Knight of Honor, Men of Honor,
Revolver, 6th Sense... but what I'm really into is Eureka, Psych,
Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Dr. House, Eli Stone...you notice
I spend no time in front of the TV, right?
Concerning music, I couldn't really say I absolutely love this or
that band or music direction - I think there are good songs all
over the place, and it usually depends on my mood whether I'll find
the same particular song good or bad. What IS important to me is
making a distinction between whether someone can hit and keep a
note (which is the least you can expect if someone wants to barrage
your ears with sound) and someone actually being able to SING.
Anyway, I would call my music taste borderline. Somewhere between
melancholic and brooding but somehow upbeat and optimistic. I know
- makes complete sense.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sleep, talking about whatever I want, meeting attractive smart
people, the outsides, close friends, and having fun.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
why I keep thinking about things I can't change anyway. And why
some women seem to wear the wrong kind of underwear under
tight-fitting pants on PURPOSE!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either downtown meeting a few new people or doing something with
the people I met last friday :-) Or sitting in a cafe studying and
grading the people walking past me and generally being a nuisance.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well...it's a secret. But if you don't tell anyone - ok, come
closer: I'm actually REALLY shy so I'll have to get to know you

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You feel you are overqualified for most of the other guys here, and
you think you've got more to offer the world than just your good
looks and an attitude. And no, no cybersex please. Opening
question: who lies more - men or women, and why. You know MY
answer, but if you persuade me, you get to buy me a drink!
