My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I was 4, my parents took me to see the Lion King. It was the first time I'd been to a movie, and they were worried I'd get scared. They didn't have to worry – I didn't see a single frame of the movie. I spent the entire time asking them questions about the lights, the chairs, and most of all, the projector. I wanted to know how everything worked.

19 years later, not much has changed. I'm not satisfied until I understand how everything around me works – whether that involves taking apart the fan on my desk, diving into Supreme Court opinions, or reasoning through the twin paradox (Google it).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My two cofounders and I live and breathe our startup. We've raised enough money to keep us going, so we spend all day – and often all night – making our product more awesome.

When I do manage to, you know, go outdoors, I can be found talking philosophy at Zeitgeist or perched precariously on a cliff over the water at Land's End.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Talking my way into things and talking my way out of things. For both, see: the 2011 Facebook F8 afterparty.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I walk quickly. If you know where you're going, why not get there?

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1: Pliny the Elder (the beer, but the Roman author will do in a pinch)
2: Skiing so far out of bounds that I'm not entirely sure I'm still on the same mountain
3: A pair of headphones good enough to hear a mouse have an existential crisis in the apartment above the recording studio
4: Sunsets over the Rockies from 35,000 feet
5: Describing neighborhoods as "a bit stabby"
6: An ocean view, a good bourbon, and a debate on the finer points of special relativity
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
You see that area over to the left? No, not that one. The one behind the fence. I bet it looks even cooler from over there. No, no one will see us. If they do, we're lost tourists. How's your German?
