Thank you for checking out my profile...I do honestly relize that most of you may not even read any futher, and looking at pics is all any of you ever really want to do and conclude on who and what you think they are. It's easy to do it this way but you miss out on the real person "inside"... many books have covers that will throw you off but reading futher within them we find our dreams touched. I'm sorry if a picture is all you read into but if you do have courage to see beyond looks then...

My self-summary...Wow this is always a hard thing to do but I do promise to do my best for you.
I'm a hopeless romantic, I am a very secure person in life and I know what I want out of life. I'm not perfect and yes I do misspell words, and I may leave out comma's or period's now and then, either way I always do my best at getting the point across. Sometimes I may talk too much But I enjoy listening just that much more. I'm not afraid to fumble in the dark nor in the light...nor am I afraid to fall flat on my face...even if it means learning something new...I find the fun part of falling is...learning more and getting up and standing taller and stronger but more understanding of life. I have lost a lot of things in life that meant the world to me and to my heart but stopping my life to give up on finding new friends and new dreams...

I would be deeply thankful to find someone that doesn't mind a gentleman who loves being romantic. Someone that doesn't mind cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie or even if it's just wanting me to listen to how your day was. I hope just like you in that there is someone out there that doesn't mind "truly sharing" laughter and love together, living the simple life with the whole world before us as a play ground of treasure's.

I'm a down to earth, easy-going person. I'm one who looks for the good in everything and loves to laugh at life and myself. I’m looking for someone who doesn't judge, and wants to get to know who I am, not looking for someone to change into what they want. I want someone that sees herself as unique and hopes to find me being in her life as someone unique as well. I'm not looking to waste my time so if you aren’t serious about having something real, please don’t bother replying. I have four beautiful children, who all mean the world to me, so you must love children and have a playful personality and the ability to laugh at the small things in life and desire to love life. The two young ones are 17 and 11 and the other two are grown with their own families...so yes that means I'm a grandfather. I'm very proud of my acomplishments in life...and my girls have given me the blessings in life that God has wanted me to share in and to learn from.

Looks aren’t everything but we all have an animal instinct, there must an attraction of some sort. I’m not into games nor drama so you need not apply if you are! Just want to have some fun and get to know you, if it turns into something more that’s ok too.
I like sunsets and sunrises on the beach and mountains don’t get much time for travel much anymore but I still love it. I love good music of all types not big on country but I do have some that I truly enjoy, Classical to me is the most beautiful to sink into and to relax to as well as Blues and Jazz.

I love to cook and have friends and family over, love to get outdoors and enjoy everything about the outdoors. I’m really missing snuggling time with someone special, I’m told I’m a hopeless romantic but I don’t see myself as hopeless…just a lover of romance. I'm ready for the “one” woman that keeps me smiling and laughing so “we can share life together.” I know there are more things I could write down and tell you about myself but there are a lot of things to talk about. I'm in Restaurant Management and work very hard at my job and not at all afraid to work to make a living so if you try contacting me...please don’t think I’m putting you off if it takes me some time to get back.

It's not an easy job (different guest can be pleasent or down right disrespectful) but there are those few that make your effort's a blessing. I still have a responsibility to give and to show respect but that doesn't mean no matter what. I'm thankful to the beautiful and wonderful people that I get the chance to meet each day...it makes my job that much better. I'm glad that it pays the bills and I always try to have fun and bring something special to any of my guest. If you ever do get the chance to meet me face to face...Please don't be afraid to just say, "Hello, don't I know you?" I do promise not to bite...maybe turn a little red (a bit shy) I'll try to figure out where you know me from...but I'll always be a gentleman first and foremost. I see more people headed to work, just leaving work or those after picking up the children from school, after football games, or just out having fun with a rumble in their tummy.

Drawing, cooking, my job, and "love laughing at myself while just being me, enjoying life to the fullest, teaching as well as being taught, juggling responsibilities, being loving, supporting and giving partner, standing beside (not in front of or behind...but beside) the one that has my heart "no matter what," lifting people up and making them laugh when their down and returning the favor that's been so graciously offered to me when I needed it...

I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Music: I love Jazz, Blues, Contemporary music and Christian music...There are so many more including light country...I love music 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and some 90's.

Artist" Mozart, Beethoven, Enigma, Julio Iglesias, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Bob Marley, Sting, Pink Floyd and Ray Charles...Oh...and Ozzy...these are just a few...too many to list here.

Depending on my mood I sometimes love to just put the headphones on and lay back on the floor close my eyes and sink into something Classical Music.

Movies: The Lake House...it is the best movie that touches my heart everytime and brings tears to my eyes everytime...whats wrong with that?, On Golden Pond, "The Five People You Meet In Heaven," The Note Book 1 & 2, Sweet Home Alabama and Hope Floats, Fire Proof and Facing the Giants, The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, Seven Pounds, Hitch, Cast Away, What Dreams May Come, Message In A Bottle, Coming To America, The Shawshank Redemption, Kevin Costner in Dances With Wolves, JAG, Air Force One, 12Rounds, City Of Angel's, Second Hand Lion, The Lion King, Twilight and other Vampire movies.

Books: The Bible, The Shack, Love Languages, Love Languages of Children and Love Languages of Teenagers.

Foods: I like Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Home Cooking (Countryboy Food)...of course there are other foods.

My favorite dessert: is chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate cake and ice cream, milk shakes and fries :)

My faith , my girls, someone that would not mind me calling them "my girl, my best friend and my partner and of course my believing in showing them off," life, faith, friends, family, my brown eyed buddy (Nissan...my dog), food and water...ok I relize thats more than six things...Stop counting and have fun with it!
One more thing I'd rather ''not be without'' in my life...someone that would not mind me calling them "my girl, my best friend and my partner and of course their not minding my showing them off...with or without their make-up...because I know how beautiful they are and how amazing they make me feel."

That depends on if I have my daughters that weekend or not. If I have my two girls, we might go to movies, go out to eat dinner, sometimes we go shopping. If I don't have plans with friends, then I'm usually renting movies and ordering out.

Hummmm.....I'm a scaredy-cat when it comes to spiders!!!!
I'm not a swinger, nor a player, nor unfaithful, nor agree with anyone that is, nor will I share my life with anyone that is...been there with someone that was...and it hurt deeply more than I thought it could have ever done so...it did and I moved on, nor do I share in hate, nor do I share in drama nor will I be with someone that is in to it.
"Anything else...well then it wouldn't be private."

I believe that each life we meet and each heart we touch is one more chance to finding real friendship that we want to touch our life and heart.
