My Self-Summary
I'm pretty nerdy and pretty awesome at it. Until recently I did a
lot of technical theater and I sorely miss my healthy dosages of
building things with my hands and strange folk.
What I’m doing with my life
I finally got around to getting a real jobby job last year. So far
I love it and everyone else thinks it's stupendously boring. I
spent a couple years before that working as the technical director
of one theater and as a stage-hand at another.
I’m really good at
Applying my nerd powers to things that interest me. Programming,
building a house, getting to know someone, whatever.
The first things people usually notice about me
Apparently these days they just think I'm 30. Damn grey hair.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Food: I am The Enemy of Flavor, seriously, people call me that. I
have rants about mayonnaise and lettuce.
Books: Lot's of scifi. The Dresden files. Neal Stephenson, The Red Mars trilogy, Joe Haldeman, Card, Tolkien.
Movies: The weirder the better. Me and you and everyone we know, etc. Explosions and/or aliens are good too.

Making Jello with a stapler in it. No that was a Tuesday. Friday is
