I have spent my life without any romance. Every day I long for a girl to come in my life and give me the romance I want. Now, I don't want to sound pessimistic or anything, but I ask myself "Why?" Its because, somehow I have to wait for the right one. They say that the right girl comes when you are not looking. That's fine... but when it happens, what do I do? I can't read women the way I read people. Logic is not going to help me this time around. There's something extra.

I also would love to meet a girl that is OK about me loving musical theatre, Disney, Dolly Parton, and ABBA. It's hard because it can stereotype people. I guess I am living proof of the anti-stereotype. If anybody feels like commenting please do so.

That I do end up doing the things I want. Many people are always second-guessing themselves. "Maybe I don't want to do this because something bad might happen." If thats what's on your mind... let it go! Life is full of risks you need to take. Because the potential is greater than the effort. Thats always a comment teachers give students. This student has potential... but he lacks effort to make it happen. Take risks! You want to travel to a country? Go for it! Because you'll end up regretting the fact that you passed up opportunities. Don't let the teacher that is life give you the comment, "potential is greater than effort" because thats what you will see all the time.

GO FOR IT!

Ever wondered why things seem the same? When people ask you, "What's new?" do you always respond, "Nothing, everything's the same?" It's common for people to get bored with the same routine always. I try to do something different everyday. Perhaps get out of bed in a different way. Walk differently, see a different tv show. Just about anything. One of the things that I pride myself on is how I try different foods. Imagine when you were young you vowed never to eat Sushi and as you're older you can't get away from it Sushi is far different from you normally eat. I embrace the different. My friends and coworkers see me as an eccentric person and I wouldn't want it the other way, because eccentricity is synonymous with originality and uniqueness. It's different but overall it's fresh. Take a look at life in a different way and you'll see new things that you may have missed.

I just realized people need to open their minds for experiences that they thought they would never do. I encourage people to go and marvel at their local art, support the local theatre, and try to understand why things like Star Wars and Harry Potter has attracted many fans.
