I'm fairly together, often the organizer, but I have great respect for creative chaos. I have a tight family, eclectic dear friends I suppose represent my varied interests. I come with a sidekick, Simone, the sweetest dog ever. I was raised in Orange County, went to college in San Francisco, and have lived in LA for 10 years, but I always wanted to do a stint in NY. If I won the lottery I would get a farm house by Big Sur and a Frank Lloyd Wright in LA, but back in the real world where I have to pay my own bills, I would rather have a smart apartment in the city and travel. On yeah, I like mangos.

Producing films, music videos, and commercials (mostly commercials now a days).

I guess I look extremely trust worthy. I have the kinda look that can crawl through a window at night and no one will call the cops. It's true I can be trusted to not steal, break, or damage anything but I may rearrange your furniture for fun.

2) music- 89.9 is my norm, NPR. BBC
3) movies- tend to be arty, or indie. Action and Rom Com -nope!
4) books- I love modern classic novels, from Roth to Ellis

Discovering collector’s book store behind booksoup, The Trails Café in Griffith Park, the Getty museum aglow at Sunset, Silverlake Nuetra tour, downtown Red Line bar hopping and ice skating (preferably that order), Abbot Kinney furniture shopping, brunch at Café Figaro, dinner at Cliffsedge’s patio with a table of friends, Casbah café preferably during great soccer match, Echo Park on Sundays when it feels like Mexico with Café Tropical's guava pie.

San Miguel de Allende’s Santa holy week procession, laying in the middle of St Marks’ Square staring at the moon drunk with my brother, The Ganges in a small fishing boat at dawn, high as a kite in Esalen’s dojo with rain and a view of the coast, Dinner with dancing girls on Indian palace rooftop with fireworks and flag burning protest below, Private moonlight tour of composers’ park in Vienna, The Madonna Inn's Merry Room, running in the redwoods, Golden Gate Park picnic on New Years day by Conservatory of Flowers when all the windows were still broken.

1920’s Josephine Baker show in Paris, 1930's Cab Calloway at the Cotton Club NYC, Talitha Getty dinner party in Morocco in the 60's, marry Sam Shepard in 70’s NYC, Pixies in Austin in the 80's, 2007 Arcade Fire/ LCD Soundsystem show at the Hollywood Bowl that I missed, go back to India and attend a traditional wedding, can’t go back to San Francisco enough...

I keep up with the Kardashians. It's not my fault, as I think this is a genetic flaw I inherited from my mom who watches the bachelor.

I'm on this site because I know what I'm asking for is really specific.
I want someone educated, my age ish, politically progressive, financially and mentally stable, a keen mind, intellectually curious, attractive, non religious, honorable but they gotta have an edge and a bit of a punk rock ethos; thinks for himself, non conformist but supportive. Oh right and after alllll that - I also want someone who is not pretentious. Yes I realize this is an issue and yes I am planning on freezing my eggs, or maybe I will just buy a cute black baby and call it a day.
