I eat the same three meals 5 days a week.
Breakfast: protein crunch cereal and an orange
Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat no mayo and an apple, pear, and banana.
Dinner: baby spinach tomato olive oil salad and grilled chicken taco on wheat tortilla

I drink a ton of water and very rarely enjoy a scotch or whiskey, neat. Beer drinking is history for me :/ I miss it but my belly doesn't.
