My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi there, my name is Seth.
I'm TOLD I'm smart and funny.
I KNOW I'm very loyal, quirky, and passionate about what I enjoy.
I like trying new things, exploring, and learning.
Also, I'm kind of a nerd. Try me.

Generally: I'm a laid back kind of guy who still likes to get out and have fun. I've been told I'm funny, and that my sense of humor is one of my best attributes. I like to live my life with a kind of balance of the kind of fun I have. Even more so, the kind of food I eat, people I hang out with, the books I read, etc. Despite being so laid back, I can be incredibly focused when I want to be, though I think it's more fun to multitask.

Mentally:I'm very a very organized person who can think things through very calmly and rationally. My thoughts are logical, and flow from one thought into the next. An apparent side effect of this is that I see patterns in almost everything I look at. It's a little odd, but it helps with my organization. It almost feels like a combination of ADD and OCD, with some perfectionism thrown in. I'm an odd combination of being both shy and outgoing, and occasionally overthink things to the point of inaction as a bad habit that I also sometimes try to break by overcompensating for it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a student at Kendall College with a completed degree in culinary arts, and almost finished with another degree in hospitality management.

In the meantime, I'm attempting to learn to play the guitar and looking for new friends, and starting to train for the first of what will be many more 5ks. SEE YOU IN JULY, R.O.C!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
This may sound conceited, but I'm a very good learner. I can understand things quickly, and retain the knowledge. This, in turn, lends well to awesome amounts of trivial knowledge
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The first thing a lot of people notice about me is my smile. I've been told that a lot of the time, even without seeing me, people can actually hear the smile in my voice. Also, it seems that every time I meet a family member I haven't seen in a long time, they comment on my dimples.

Also, I keep my head shaved, so there's that.

I like to read a lot. Mostly fantasy, but I also enjoy a good autobiography, history, fiction story.

Song of Ice and Fire
His Dark Materials
Name of the Wind
Girl With the Dragon Tattoo
Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell
Anything by Neil Gaiman
Lonely Werewolf Girl
Reading Lolita in Tehran

I'm bad at catching TV shows when they air, but I love Archer and Parks and Recreation (I freely admit a crush on Ben), Scrubs, Adventure Time, and IT Crowd.

My tastes in music are fairly random. The general theme though, is that I like punk, rock, ska, metal, and prog, with some indie sprinkled in. And a little new wave, motown, and 50s-60s pop as guilty pleasures.

Listing the food I enjoy is too much of a big list. I like food. A lot. I like good flavor, a bit of a crunchy texture, and I like spicy food. Generally, American, Italian, Thai, Indian, Japanese, and Greek food are my favorites.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My health
My parents
A good book
Passion for food
Shamelessly singing
Oddly enough, stress. Some stress is just enough to keep things interesting.

Wait...7? Yeah, let's go with that.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why I do things the way I do. I am very self analytical, and try to be as objective about myself as I can, and forces me to look at myself under a harsh light so I can become better. Believe me when I say that I'm my own worst critic. :P
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Anything. I love to karaoke, but you'll be just as likely to find me playing board or card games with a few friends at someone's house. Or at a concert. Or hanging out at a bar. Otherwise I'll be hanging out with my friends planning out the weekend. But if I can't find anyone to hang out with, I'll usually spend some time at the gym, and/or curl up with a book or a game.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I recently spent a weekend watching a web series on world history, and enjoyed it!

You had the patience to make it through my entire profile :P.

Sometimes I just want to hang out with someone. Just hang out and spend some time with someone. Go out to dinner. Go for a walk. Karaoke. Grabbing a drink. Bowling. Watching tv, etc.
